View Full Version : [SOLVED:] Properties Window - Won't display (Not a Docking issue)
I am working in Office 365, and I can no longer get the Properties Window to show. When I press F4, nothing happens, and when I click on it nothing happens. I have un - and re- selected the docking options (under options), un-installed and re-installed Office, opened VBA in Excel and word.

One thing to try is using RegEdit as an Admin
In [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VBA\6.0\Common] delete the key "Dock"
I had saved this tweak awhile ago, so now it's 7.0 and 7.1 on my machine
You can export the key first just in case iy doesn't work and then you can import the .REG file
23575
That did it!!!!! I did delete 7.0 before posting, but I was already over my head so I was nervous about experimenting with other files. THANK-YOU VERY MUCH.

Glad it was so easy
Messing with the Windows registry can be dangerous, so
1. Be careful and make sure you know what you're doing
2. If you're not sure, export the registry branch to a REG file so that you can restore the original settings
