Sum two dynamic totals

Hi, I'm hoping one of you kind people can help me out. I need a bit of code to help with a macro which I've almost finished. Part of the macro totals a dynamic range in row C and row D. What I want in cell E, is to divide the total in column D by the total in C. The problem I have, is that the total in c and d will change. Can anyone please help?
