Subreport question

SQL Server; Access ADP front end; report that show all member companies; and then has a listing of all employees and which committees they serve on.

One to many between Committee and MemberCont

Want to concatonate the Committee listing. Currently looks like this
Bob Smith Accounting
Marketing
Membership

Would like
Bob Smith - Accounting, Marketing, Membership

this is a subreport linked on CompanyID.

If what you have shown are the fields of a record then use an unbound text box with this as it's source -
=[field name] & " - " & [field with marketing] & " " & [field with membership]
If they are records then you may need to use a query with totals and group by [name] to power the subreport.
