Populate Word Dropdown List from Excel

FWIW my Content Controls tools add-in https://www.gmayor.com/insert_content_control_addin.htm (http://www.gmayor.com/insert_content_control_addin.htm) will create a list content control and includes an option to fill it from an Excel worksheet.
