In Word 2016, whenever I hold alt and drag to select a rectangular region, I get a pop-up dialog titled "Use online services" with the text "Do you want to let Office connect to online services from Microsoft to provide functionality that's relevant to your usage and preferences?" and when I tell it "No" it cancels the selection. How can I block that dialog?
