I need someone to provide me a excel macro code (or add-in or something...) which can enable me to upload an image in a Cell or Merged cell and it shall get auto-resized as per the cell dimensions. I can even pay some money for this ?? If anyone interested , please let me know.

Merged cells make it a bit tricky. There are examples here and other forums that do it somewhat. If you attach an example Excel file, you can get help more readily usually.
