Specific outside email ids mail store in specific folder in outlook automatically

Hi Dear all,

Can we extract specific outside email ids mail store in created specific folder in outlook automatically.

Example:

If I got daily basis more than 100 mail from different email Id like amartakale@gmail.com,xxx@hdfcsec.com,xxx@axiscap.in.xxx@kotak.com & so on...... etc.

Then there are any possibility to only hdfc & kotak mails save in created specific folder in outlook automatically. means if outside mails came from this id then automatically save that specific folder only & rest as it. ( currently I create & manage rule option to save specific mail)

Use a rule to identify messages and save them in the appropriate folder as they arrive. You will need a rule for each folder.
