How to remove preloaded-text upon creation of a new Word file?

Whenever I create a new empty Word File, the document content automatically inputs some texts on header & content area.

How can I remove them?

Seems that text has somehow been added to your Normal template. Find and open your normal template and remove it, then save and close. Or you can simply rename your existing normal template and let Word create a new one next time you open.

This issue has nothing to do with VBA so I wonder why you asked here.
