Word Userform showing cross reference information

Dear All

I'm trying to show an userform in word VBA showing information about numbered paragraphs and only some captions.
The idea is to have something like the following picture. Each list will have all existing elements in the document and with a mouse selection, the cross reference will be inserted in the document.
