Update Shopping list Fills by looking up on another workbook Using VBA

Hi there all
I have to separate workbooks


[*=left]28 day planned that has a shopping list for menu 1 to 28.
[*=left]Monthly shopping where the menu numbers are related to specific days for that month.

Is it possible to lookup menu no in the first and populate in the second automatically using VBA.
Please assist
