Excel help copy and paste from sheets then move to next row

Hi
Wondering if anyone can help or suggest ideal coding for this excel project

Sorry the spacing did not come ut very well

Sheet 1 has got the following data

a................b.................c....................d
1 Tom..........Russia.........02/05/1980.....
2 Albert........France........08/09/1978.....
3 Fred...........Spain.........23/01/1976 ......

5

Sheet 2 has the following
...a...............b............. c...................d................
1 Name......... ................Date.............. ................
2 Location..... ................ ..................... ..............
3
4 Name..........................Date................ ................
5 Location..... ................ ....................... ..............


How can you copy data from sheet 1 row 1 -- to --> sheet 2 rows 1 and 2, column b and d depending on the relevant title it references to.
then move on to the next row in sheet 1 and do the same to fill in row 4 and 5 in sheet 2

there may be an alternative way which is to look at all data in column A sheet 1 and paste in sheet 2 column b, miss 2 rows, paste, miss 2 rows, paste..etc
