Changing column types

Hi, i need help with the following code. The idea is to check in a folder to see if a file is present. It then creates two folders, in one copies the original csv file and in the other copies this file and the same file converted to xlsx. Now I need to change the data type of only some columns to text from the original general on the csv, but I'm getting a run-time error 9, subscript out of range. Now when I check the folder and file exist in the path so I don't know why it doesn't find it. I tried the open and activate feature, yet still doesn't work. Please help, thanks.

I am not sure of the exact number but you have to have about 5 posts before you can post code or files. In the meantime, you can post your code to a public file sharing site and post a link to the file.
