VBA Hierarchy

I have an Hierarchy created by using VBA. This works in Excel 2013 but does not work in 2016.
Can anyone please let me know how to update the code.
I have attached the excel sheet, so that anyone can check the error.
I am getting the error for Compiling of DragNode As MSComctlLib.Node
