Is there any way to not have the hyperlink warning message appear when clicking on a link in Excel (see attached image).

I've tried the methods on this link without success.

I followed the instructions in the link you provided and it worked on both clicking the link and following the link in VBA. Did you edit the correct keys in the registry?

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Yes I did repeat the steps.
There is a Method 2 in that link as well, and it's a bit confusing ("HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID>\EditFlags").
After trying to navigate to "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID>\EditFlags" or "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Excel\EditFlags" or "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PDF\EditFlags", nothing really exits.

Are they the correct instructions for your version of Office?
Did you try the Easyfix?
If not, did you create the subkey first?

Yes I did follow the instructions.
Also creating the subkey.
The Easyfix I cannot find anywhere to download.

Yes I did try Google.
I am using Office 2007 on windows 7.
I cannot find a reliable source for the download, specifically one with the "Microsoft Easy Fix 20189" description and from a known publisher.
Perhaps you've helped enough and it may be that I have to live with it.

Perhaps you could use SendKeys as a work-around :dunno
