vba code delete some rows of text from the note pad

I want to delete the entire row for rows 1 and 3 and want to be auto-saved.

Ex.
1. USER ID: xxxxx
2. NAME: xxxxxxx
3. ADDRESS:xxxx
4. TEL.xxxxx
