Last update field formula on Google sheet

Im looking for the relevant formula / macro code on google sheet:
I would like to get the last update date by any user for a any cell of a specific column
Please note this should be updated on if the specific column was updated and not the entire row:

column name = "Projection"
spreedsheet name- "Q2 Projection"
Sheet name = "Renewals"
