Changing StartUp DB Properties

Hi. I have a database that you navigate through by using forms. At start up, the login form opens and the Database window is hidden.

I want to somehow display the main database menu through VB, so that if someone special logs on, they can use the main DB menu. Can you do that? Or do I have to change the start-up props?
