VB code in OL contact form not working

I have some code which I start in an OL contact form start with buttons.

In OL 2010 they worked fine.
After doing the described fixes below.

Now I have moved the pst and the form to a new computer with Windows 10 64bit and Office 2019.

I have enabled all macros in the Trust Center and also did the fixes described in the link and checked them 3 times.

With Google, I found only similar links with the same steps.

What can I do to make them work again?
