Can't display vertical scroll bar on pop up form

Does anyone know how to add a vertical scroll bar to a pop up form? I have the properties set to scroll bars vertical only. But when I run my application the scrollbars do not appear and I'm unable to see the bottom of the form.

Any help is appreciated.

I have just created a form in Continuous forms mode and made it Modal with Scroll bars set the Vertical only.
It comes up Modal and the scroll is visible and works.
However a Form set to Single form it does not.
Other than that as I never use Pop Up forms I can't really help you, sorry.

Have you tried sizing the form after opening to make it larger, or is all ready too large for the screen?

You should have set the form to be continuous form view. then, when you have enough rows to cause the vertical scroll bar to appear, it should appear.
