Combobox dropdown hide

Hello friends,

I want to hide the Combobox dropdown option unless i have focus on it....... how i can do that.... kindly guide...

You could use a dummy field that covers the Combo box if there is no data in the combo box and when the dummy field is entered make that field invisible and the combo box visible and transfer focus to it.
