upload file, pdf, jeg, pptx, excel, word at userform interface

I am still new to vba.

I would to upload file such as pdf, images, pptx, word, excel at my userform and its attached to my date file.
Appreciated to help me with this coding.

Upload to where: ftp site, website, network, dropbox, onedrive, etc.?

Pictures seldom help much. Attaching a simple workbook is best way to get help. Even then, you need to explain your goals in detail. Click Go Advanced button lower right of a reply box and then Manage Attachments below reply box.
