View Full Version : Saving a spreadsheet in Teams

hi All,

I have created Stock Management spreadsheet that has a lot of macros and forms. This is used by number of people across my organization and is currently saved in Teams. However, i have noticed that despite Teams supposed to be design to allow multi user use the same doc/spreadsheet at the same time, we are struggling with saving the latest version if more than one person has got this spreadsheet opened.

Do you think it is Teams issue or a spreadsheet's?

Teams favors opening files in Excel on-line, which does not understand VBA. That may be part of your problem.

Just a thought:
Distribute the Workbook with Forms and Macros, But save the Data to a Teams Spreadsheet
