Conditional If in VBA

I have the following problem : I have a 3 columns file, with the User Right, the target Folder and the country.


I would need a code that would assign a cell per country with the folder and its relevant right.


So for instance in one cell : CountryItalia,FolderA%%Read#FolderA%%Edit#FolderB%%Edit


then another cell for France in the same style and so forth.


Right Folder Country
Read A Italia
Edit A Italia
Edit B Italia
Read D France
Edit E France
Read F Germany
Read G Germany
Read H China
Read I China
Read J China
Read K China
Edit L UK
Edit M Japan
Read N Japan
