How do I assign a macro to a button for hiding and unhiding worksheets?

Just right-click the button, you will see the 'assign macro' item on the pop-up menu.

…and if it's an ActiveX button that you've added to a sheet (or userform) then right-click the button and choose View Code, which will take you straight to the button's click event handler.
