Help with Command Button

First off I have very little experience with VBA so any help is greatly appreciated. I am trying to create a form in Microsoft word that multiple users will use and have a different number of requirements for the same table. I am trying to create a command button that the user can press that will simply duplicate the original table one space below the previous one with blank contents. That way each user can have their own number of tables without having large blank spots on the form.
