IF STATMENT

Hi guys I have lost some of my statements for excel.
I need the IF statement.
Here is what I am doing. I have a number in O3. What I want to do with the IF
Statements is IF O3 >70 the result is "Over" IF the result is < 30 the result is
"Under" Any other numbers will be "". I had all the formulas so I could grab them
quickly but for some reason I can not find the IF statement. Thanks for the help
