Count successful create blank row

Hi,

I am using formula count to find repetitions is column F.
=IF(COUNTIF($F$2:$F$1000,F2)>1,COUNTIF($F$2:$F2,F2),"") using this in column 'J'.

There are repetitions and after every successful find create a blank row so the repetitions are visible clearly.

Do not change the structure of the data.
Use conditional formatting.
