I create a Survey report every day

Question I have a datasheet with 25 question each answer is given 1 out of 5

(Strongly Agree, Agree, Neither Agree or disagree, Disagree and Strongly disagree)

I would like a macro to create 25 Pivot tables with the results on a single worksheet

Is this possible??? Answer below please

OK - since you haven't given us anything to work with, I'm going to take as REALLY BIG guess based on the way I would do it (or at least the way I understand it)

In the attachment is worksheet 'Data', 25 questions, 5 answers, and some made up response counts, arranged the way I would do it

WS 'Working' is a temporary sheet with Data arranged so that it's more PT friendly, and a 'master' PT for the next step

WS 'Pivots' contains 25 Copy/Paste Special copies of the Master PT, one for each question as a Page Field

Hi Paul_Hossler

That really close to what I need
See Tabs Pivots I create a mock up to what I mean

I need the pivot tables vertical down the sheet so I can add a chart to each one

! Pivottable + 1 Pivotchart + 1 slicer suffices

You'd better use paper instead of a computer if you are reluctant to use its options.

Since your charts as quite simple would something like this (conditional formatting within each pivot) be acceptable?
It saves lots of chart manipulation such as making sure the order of the responses matches the pivot table.

Try this version

1. I used a CustomSort list to arrange the pivot and the charts in the 'priority' order: SD / D / N / A / SA

2.Added the charts after the data tables

3. There's still formatting that could be done by the macro, but I'll leave that as an exercise for the reader

4. This seems to be more of a presentation format than an analysis format. For analysis, I think a single interactive pivot table would yield better results
