A client gets the following error: cannot run the callback macro or function GetVisible however this ribbon works fine for me.

Any ideas why this would happen?

did your client put the db on Trusted location?
or did he get Runtime error prior to this error?

He got this runtime error and I don't know if the database is in a trusted location.
