Duplicated certain text in a word table to other word table automatically

Hi All,

Can you please help me with VBA word. I want to duplicated certain text from a table in word document (DocA) to another table in a different word document (DocB) automatically. Where this will also update if any amendments are made.
Possible open the second document automatically.
