Having a daily data entry sheet that autopopulates into a pivot table.

Hello! I am a student who is relatively new to VBA. Was looking for some help to write a function to take certain cells from a sheet and add their entries to a pivot table in another sheet. Was thinking of having a submit button in the data entry sheet that starts the macro. Attached is the excel file which currently is manually pasting the data.
