Favourites Addin?

So Mark Rowlinson made a Favourites addin for Excel. It's great, I love it; use it all the time. Is there something like this for Access?

In Excel, it basically adds a popup menu directly under the File menu. It stores the data in a sheet of the addin. Can this be done in Access?

Thought I'd ask and see if it's done before I go trying to reinvent the wheel. :D

As I remember, Mark made VBA tags, didn't he?

I thought Mark made one as well. DK did make one, yes. I think Mark did one for the VBAX x-tools.
