Macro that updates values in a function

Trying to update new values in CountIf(A2:AT2,value) with values entered into cells AG18:AT18 using a Macro.
Values at cells AG18:AT18 are copied from AG3:AT13 using CopyCell(AG3,"number") function.

Have tried using Record Macro but that does not allow automatic updating from Cells AG18:AT18 to the Performance Table AG18:AT18.:banghead:

Might be worth reading the rules on the forum where you obtained your answer, it has most of the same rules as here.
