Cumulative based of criteria

Hi,

i'm trying to find a way to calculate some cumulative values based on some criteria, if anyone know a solution i'd very much appreciate it

Edit: values should only be "kept" if at the point of a series going up by an incriment

i made a function.
see module1.
also check the syntax on "new" column.

Sadly i'll have to do this without the use of any Macros or VBA, as for some reason it causes complications with the device pulling this information
