VBA script updating values other sheet

I am looking for a vba script that updates values in other Sheet.
The values in column "N-O-P-T-U" in sheet "delhaize" need to be updated from sheet "data".
The comparative cell in both sheets is column "C".
I am looking for a vba since sheet "delhaize" is filled earlier in the day via a VBA script so cannot put formula in the cells in sheet "delhaize".
