If the document contains

(dot). Figure or (dot). Figures i need to retain in other place in need change as (if Figure) Fig. and (if Figures) Figs.

Can you rewrite your request please?
"If the document contains .Figure or .Figures, you would like to copy and save to another location just in case you need to change .Figure or .Figures."

Is this what you are chasing? Are you able to supply a sample document? Where did you wish to save a copy to?
