Hi
Is there a way to select the default printer in an Access vba module?
If there is could anyone offer some code please.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Many thanks.

Hi ScriptHam,
I have a DB utility I downloaded from somewhere which contains this utility. I was able to incorporate code from this into my own setup. Still don't understand it though! It's slightly to big to post, so if you PM me your email address, I'll pass it on.
Regards

The other option to consider (if printing reports) is saving the report with a specific printer selected.
The only issue there is that a few versions of Access had a bug where reports would lose their page settings (which was very inconvenient if you had a landscape report). Unfortunately if this occurs you also lose the selected printer.
