Using Windows XP and Excel 2003 SP1.

I have in sheet named Review a Drop down list with country names that depending on the country selected it pulls info from different sheets and shows results and question for that country.
The user types his anwser to the questions in 5 different text boxs, one for each question. I need to save the 5 questions and 5 anwser in a Sheet Called Answers and it has the following structure (where result indicates if it is the questions or the anwser):
Country Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Q5 Result
After they fill in this information and select a new country I will like to clear the input boxes. If they reselect the a country that has answer to the question can they be shown in these boxes?
