password protected document

I have a file that i protected with a password. I forgot the password. is the any code that i can write to figure this out??

No. And we do not discuss trying to break passwords. How do we know who really owns the file? We don't, and can't.

You can try googling on this. There are things out there. But we will not offer any password breaking solutions here.

If you forgot the password, that is YOUR responsibility. Microsoft, when you password protect, very clearly warns you to save the password in a safe place. If you don't...YOU didn't.
