Hi guys,

Kindly need you guys help here! Recently I did some survey on reject part in my production line (manufacturing dyson product). The survey is to reduce the reject seen in the line, so I have collected a huge amount of data and plan to view in chart or graph form. End of the day my excel sheet full of graph. I feel it can me done more presentable. I plan to view all the data in chart or graph, which mean there will be a list box, when I select the title it can plot the trend accordingly. Do you guys have any suggestion that can help me!

Have a look at the attached sample. Make a selection change in B9 and it will bring in the relevant data. B9 is a validation list based on the data in A2:A6.

As long as your data is reasonably consistent in approach / layout / format, then you could use this type of approach to bring it into the chart data area. You can use index, match, offset and Indirect as ways to get the data.
