Hi Joseph :hi:,
Does this link help?
http://management.cadalyst.com/cadman/article/articleDetail.jsp?id=101860
Quote from site:
"In terms of AutoCAD, reactors refer to the set of optional functions that run when events occur such as adding a new item to the drawing database, starting a command, ending a command and so forth."

So I guess that answers my question of what's the difference between an Event and a Reactor...but they're pretty much the same.
Real interesting stuff.
