Mail merge

I am using mail merge to create a document that holds 3 records per page.
After the merge completes only my first page holds the formatting I need to print them. From the 2nd page to the end I have to manually delete 3 lines from the top of each page. Is there a way I could write some vba to do this, or a macro? I am playing right now, but not much luck yet.

It would be possible to write a macro, but Page is a transient concept in Word and it would be far better to try and make the merge right to begin with.

To have three records per page, you must be doing a catalog / directory merge - are your entries not all the same size (1/3 page) each?
