We use Outlook for email, but I know very little about it. So any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Here is my problem:

We send lots of messages to various people who schedule production, etc. Trouble is, these emails take various shapes and forms depending on who writes them, info is omitted, etc, etc.

I am thinking that if there was some sort of form or template that we could all have in Outlook, that whenever we wanted to send an order it would have blanks for fields, that way the info would be consistent.

Anybody ever done antthing like that? Thanks

I use Word. Create a template, include your logo, info etc. user adds text and then file-send to-Mail Recipient
be sure not to select the (text only) or logo's etc. won't show.

Next user uses same template...adds thier text-send to
template can be on a shared folder on a network
