Solved: How do I get the VBA Extensibility library?

How do I get the VBA Extensibility library. I don't see this under Tools->References in VBA. I am working on Excel 2002.

Hi there,

It's actually called:

Microsoft Visual Basic for Appications Extensibility 5.x

The x part changes, but that's the main title.
