Can you help?

My PA has been saving all my correspondence letters into one word document, e.g. 16 letters in one document. What I want is is to copy/cut the each letter (e.g. page 1, letter 1, page 2, letter 2, etc) and then paste each letter on to a new document. I need to repeat this step till all my letters are page each.

Please can anyone advice?
