lately whenever i use word and try to 'highlite' sentences [to paste]... the sentence will move/become 'scrabbled' ... jump ahead/behind ... what causes this?

Huh? Do you mean highlight (to COPY)?

Can you post a file that does this?

Have you do a virus check? Are you up to date?
