What I want to know is, who the heck designed the FIFA rating system that put the USA in the top five in the world before the Cup?

FIFA rating system sucks. It considers all the matches in the last 5 years but it doesn't consider the value of the match (if you win with Brazil or with Canada is just the same).
Fifa knows the system sucks and they've just announced they're going to change it dramatically.
