I posted last night on this issues, but I was not quite clear on what I was looking for. I've attached a file that clarifies what I need. Although I think it is a relatively simple macro, it is beyond the scope of my limited VBA.

The purpose of this forum is to help members write macros, not to actually write the macro from start to finish. Currently you have a static workbook, which doesn't give us much to go on.

The starting point is work out exactly what you're trying to do, and how you would do it manually. You can then record these steps, and you have your starting point. We can certainly then assist with specific problems with what's been recorded, and help you reduce unnecessary code.
