Disable contents of the mail

Hi All,

Can I implement a macro to disable all the features (forward, copy, select the text in the body of the mail etc.) of the sent confidential mail to any of the other user.

If you design a form for this, the "(Actions)" tab allows you the enable or disable properties. The default properties are Reply, Reply to All, Forward and Reply to Folder. If your message is standard, you may also be able to create the text as a label rather than a text box, which would not allow people to copy the text.

I am not having any design for this. i was able to dsiable the reply, reply to all, forward actions.

Could you please let me know how can i restrict the user for not copying the content of the mail.

As far as I know, you need to design a custom form for this - there may be a way to disable the message control on a standard email, but off the top of my head I don't know.
