Solved: How to format cells to show time as 05:00

I have tried to format cells that show the 24 hour clock, so that the time in the cell will actually show 05:00 not 5:00.

The time is on a time sheet and is doing a calculation, so if I put a ' in front of the 05:00 it keeps the 0 but will not calculate.

Is there a way of keeping the zero in the 24 hour format.

Hey Barryj,
I think this will work. When you format the cells choose custom and select:
h:mm
then add an h to the front.... hh:mm
